Who We Are

Founded in Uganda in April 2016, MTUNDA is an East African retail and e-commerce brand built around fair pricing, quality, accessibility, and dependable customer service. What began with electronics and gadgets has grown into a broad shopping destination serving customers in Uganda and Kenya.

Our range includes smartphones, laptops, gaming devices, consumer electronics, home appliances, fashion, watches, jewellery, perfumes, beauty products, household essentials, and more. We aim to help customers find products that suit their needs, whether locally available or sourced internationally.

MTUNDA is more than an online store. We help customers shop for products from international retailers and arrange for those purchases to reach them. If you have found an item you want, share its name, details, or shopping link with us, and our team can assist with sourcing, purchasing arrangements, and delivery coordination.

Dubai is a key sourcing destination for MTUNDA. Customers can request products from Dubai shopping malls, participating retail stores, Dubai Duty Free where purchasing and shipping are permitted, and brands such as Nike, Adidas, Apple, and Samsung. We also assist with requests from websites including Amazon, Noon, Namshi, and other international online retailers.

From a hard-to-find phone or specialist gaming device to fashion, gifts, and everyday essentials, our goal is to make shopping across borders simpler and more accessible. Product availability, import restrictions, costs, delivery times, returns, and warranty arrangements vary by item and seller; our team will explain the applicable terms before an order is confirmed.

Although our journey began in Uganda, our vision extends beyond geographical boundaries.
